Not sure if I’m worrying about nothing here or what but my hair goes back abit on either side by the temples, I have pretty thick hair with a widows peak and quite a big forehead (have a pretty weird hairline).

All males on my mums side have no hair and all the males I know from my dads side have full heads of hair. If I am starting to go bald i would appreciate some advice on what to do to prevent it going any further, cheers in advance.

My advice: Don't pay attention to it becose you can become obsessed with it and screw up (like I did), so ignore it and just start thinking about it if one random day you notice something, compare pictures to these ones you are posting and analyze. If your hairline is actually receeding you should start preventive treatment. By the other hand, is your dad's family is ok I would stay positive, my situation is inverse (dad's family screwed but mom's family full heads of hair) and I am balding :(
