Did you think about simple solution? it's like with children sleeping on one side all the time. Their hair are dissapearing. Maybe you should take it into account?

not strange at all, he just happens to have extremely aggressive hairloss that he is going straight to norwood 6.

Judging by the rapidness of the hairloss, any fight against it may be a losing battle, your best best is either go bald or hair transplant in that order.
