Yeah looks like you have some recession at the middle. I can see your scalp.

thanks for replying , do you know anything i can do about it medication or something, or is it untreatable?

There is big 3: finasteride, Minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo.

It's definitely too early for you to jump on finasteride since you are only 17.

I would first go to dermatologist and hear what he has to say. Maybe you have vitamin deficiency.

If not than you can try Minoxidil and Nizoral.

Sinan if that is your only issue I would not jump on Finasteride for life. I would wait to see if it is just a temporary issue or if the temples start receding more. It is rare to JUST have some thinning in the very front and no thinning anywhere else. If it is really causing you angst and you have early male pattern baldness in your family, you can start Minoxidil 5%---just read about it first before use.

Unfortunately, you are losing your hair. I recommend minoxidil (rogaine) 2x per day, and ketoconazole (nizoral) shampoo 2-3x per week. Follow that regimen till AT LEAST 18, then think about starting finasteride (propecia). If you need help acquiring these medications, let me know and I can tell you where i get mine.

Solid advice but if you can afford Regenepure DR get that instead of Nizoral.
