am i losing hair on the sides

i realy wanna know if i am losing hair on the sides starting from my ear to the top . i think its to weak whene i pul it out it make me so depressed please help do you see hair whene you pull it from the sides like me . i think because of the minnixodil i use it in only the top of my hair but it did make my all hair to dry and make it very weak even on the playce where i did not use minixodil. minoxidil did help me a little bit in the top but after 6 year all my hair and even body hair look very aged (i am 22 years old and it look like 40years old male hair ) and dry .sory for my English. i wanna stop using minoxidil even if he helped to slow the balding processe because i am scared for my donor area getting dry because of it even whene i had never use minoxidil on it.
