Hi guys, I'm 19 and I've started to notice that I'm losing more & more hair in the shower or on my pillow. I've also noticed that my hairline has receded a bit but I can't tell if it's the very beginning of male pattern baldness or a mature hairline. I do have a family history of baldness - my maternal grandfather has alopecia universalis so he lost all of his body hair (including eyebrows + eyelashes) at the age of just 20. None of his hair grew back except the hair on the side of his head. My mom's uncle had male pattern baldness in this early-20s. My dad on the other hand is only at NW2 at the age of 50 and my paternal grandfather has a full head of hair.
