Am I just being paranoid?

I had a procedure of 1800 grafts done on October 25, 2004. So it's been just a tad over 4 months. While my scar has healed amazingly, I've yet to see any regrowth. I was a Norwood 4, so I still had a good amount of hair before the surgery. I look in the mirror and search for little hairs growing on my scalp, but can't really seem to find any. Should I just give it more time or should I be concerned? Is it possible to have a hair transplant with no improvement at all? God I hope not.

I got my hair transplant in early Dec '04, and may be just starting to see a few sprouts. Very few.

4-6 months before any noticable growth is common. Not quite time to panic. Hang in there.
