Hello guys so my mom has been telling me that my hair was thinning and I’m balding for a while and I didn’t really take it into consideration but now I recently been noticing a lot of hair falling out since I actually started to grow my hair out. I’m only 15 so I didn’t really think much of it then but now I feel like it’s literally taking over me like I have so little self confidence because of my hair. I really don’t know much about what to do with my hair but first things first I want to speak to you about my genetics, my moms side of the family has a lot of people with bad and thin hair but my mom is about late 40s and she still has a good amount of hair but it’s thin and for my dads side his side has really good thick hair but his hair recently started to be really thin because he was recently stressing a lot and he’s reaching his early 50’s. I really don’t know what I should do, I don’t even know if I’m actually balding because it seems like it. Just for some context I only use Shampoo and No conditioner I usually use head and shoulders shampoo but I started to use baby shampoo since it’s less strong on the hair. Here are some pictures can you just please tell me if I’m actually balding or not I do have pictures of my hair from this summer but currently these pictures are my hair when it’s about 2-3 inches long and my hair combed down. I’ve been to the doctors about my hair they said my scalp was perfectly fine and they wanted me to do a blood test, I took the blood test and they called back saying my Viteman D or C was low I forgot it was back in the summer and they said my calcium was low they sent some vitamins for them and I took them, I haven’t gone back since the blood test. I am currently taking biotin every day also (5000 mcg)
