am i diffuse thinning?

my situation is not new at all...i strated to thin when i was 14 or 15 now 22...

my right side(not male pattern baldness thin area) is more thin from the left and my back i can see some black spots of more thick hair over there... No same texture..

what treatment i need(on finasteride alredy and keto 1%)

I'd say yes. You could see what finasteride gets you first then add in minoxidil if you want more regrowth. Good luck.
