Hello brzrk and welcome to hairlosstalk seeing this is your first message.

the only thing I can tell you about malnutrition/unhealthy food is that numerous studies have shown that junk food can mess up your hair.

chocolate and fish are both good for hair , lack of iron can make you have thyroid , thyroid is directly linked to hair-loss.

I don't know anything about lack of sleep's effect , but if it makes you feel stressed then yes , it can mess your hair up as well.

I am pretty sure that unhealthy food / lifestyle can aggravate your hair-loss.

have a healthy diet and don't be stressed , that's pretty much what it boils down to .
