Hi I am a 20 year old male. I have noticed thinner hair near my hairline and temples, and I am unsure if I am currently balding of if my hair seems normal. Only reason I am asking is so that I start treatment e.g big three finasteride, minoxidil, and nizoril shampoo.

Not at all. You've a similar hairline to Kit Harrington which is definitely not a bad thing!
Don't touch any of the big 3, there's no need.
