So i’ve just turned 18 and recently, after we renovated out bathroom snd got a much brighter light I have noticed that my hair looks thin.
I have not noticed any shedding at all, even after taking a shower I have not found any hair in one of those drain plugs that collects your hair. When running my hand through my hair while pulling, most of the time I get zero hairs coming out and at most 1-2 hairs after a pull.
When thinking about it, I’ve always had quite thin/fine hair.
Is this something that I need to worry about?
