Do you have any pictures of your hairline before you noticed this? No one can know for sure if it's your natural hairline without any before picture. But imo it's starting to recede. Mostly natural hair lines aren't this symmetric.

I dont have any old picture's sadly. I got a dermatologist appointment next week should i ask for finasteride? Will he be able to tell if im balding?

I think you're okay. You have an asymmetrical hairline which is quite normal but you have lack of temple points which is your main problem.

It makes your forehead look big but it looks like you never had them so I doubt it's anything to worry about

Humm I would have it checked by a professionnal. Assymetrical temples can either be a sign of early hair loss or of hairline maturation.

I never had temple points tho my hair is weird.
Already ordered Minoxidil and i will use it just to be safe. I will see what the dermatologist says next week

There are a handful of men that never had temple points. I've seen children with NW2 hairlines (I'm not joking). Has your hairline always been a V-shape like that? Your density looks good. I'd just monitor. By the way, min's not exactly super safe. It's generally ok, but there's no reason to f*** around with it for the hell of it.
