If the "v" shape has got more pronounced then I'd say yes. For a start you could use Nizoral shampoo. At the very least it should get rid of your dandruff. Then do some research in Finasteride and decide if it's for you.

I can't say mate because there are no rules to hair loss, it's not the same for everyone. Some guys look like they are losing it but it stays the same for years, others aren't so lucky. You do need to be sure before going on some of the medications.
