Am I a reasonable candidate for a hair transplant?

I'm 35 and have been on finasteride/minoxidil/Nizoral for years. Haven't progressed much since I turned 30, most of the damage was done in my 20s and I should have hopped on drugs sooner.

I have the cash together and am starting to look into surgeons. Am I too far gone or would a transplant potentially help this situation? Is this a Norwood 4/5?

Initial it was just straight mpd, receeding temples. No crown loss or diffuse thinning. Then it started thinning in an inverted y shape (much worse on the right). Drugs saved the crown for the most part (for the time being).

Also, any clue what the detached low density spot is on the right side? These pics are about 1.5-2 weeks after completely shaving my head and at first I thought maybe I went against the grain and shaved deeper in that spot but it does appear to just be a weird thinned out patch.

I've always had a big/high forehead unfortunately

Diffused thinning. I think some surgeons will reject you. Maybe they will fix your hairline because that is mostly gone but the rest of your scalp would be at risk for shock loss.

Is this really considered diffuse loss though? I've never lost much if any hair at the sides/back other than the little patch at the upper right. Hair is short in these pictures with some growing out faster than others because I went against the grain some razor shaving. Most of the loss is in the male pattern baldness typical horshoe to vertex. You think my donor areas are screwed?

You don't have DUPA but donor area is not dense like the best candidates. Best to consult a surgeon to assess the donor area but I wouldn't be surprised if they ask you to temper expectations.
