Hey folks

Here are a few pics of my hair. Currently on Minoxidil, Biotin. Not willing to try Propecia.
I am on Clomid 25mg daily for my Low T

I am meeting with Dr. McGrath next week (Austin TX). Have a few questions

1) Based on the pattern, am I diffused thinning?
2) How do I know if I'm a good candidate for hair transplant, i.e is my donor hair stable enough?
3) What question do I need to ask the surgeon?
4) How do I know if there will be 'shock loss' of hair after an hair transplant transplant? and what happens if I continue to lose more natural hair?
5) Does Clomid contribute to hair loss ? What happens if I stop it ?

Thank You

Looks weak, would not attempt a hair transplant especially due to young age and no finasteride treatment

I will give you some answers
1. Not really. You have areas without any hair. You are past diffuse.
2. I think you do not have a lot of donor hair. Looks thin. However I think a good surgeon can rape that donor and give you peace of mind.
3 you should ask them how many grafts he can exctract and what is his average success rate for grafts regrowth
4. You don't know if you will have shock loss. If you lose more natural hair, the hair overall will look weird. You will probably need another transplant
5. What is clomid? I read it regards ovulation. Is it possible?

Thanks, folks

I'm 39 years old, been greying since 27 :)

Clomid is an off-label treatment that's used on men for Low T
