Alternatives to finasteride

What would everyone reccomend I try instead of finasteride to reduce/eliminate DHT? The sexual sides of finasteride were too much for me and I currently use minoxidil & Xandrox, but I know these do little to nothing to inhibit DHT. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I'm sure you'll get a big response to this - but from what I've read, the big guns after finasteride or dutasteride tend to be spironolactone 5% or fluridil.
