Alternate Power TO MSM

Is there a friend of msm like that has many powerful effects like msm does ? im currently taking 2x msm a day andi m happy with it since i see some good results, not only thicker hair but healthier nails ... Is there a other drug that has really good effects like it , boost of energy or healthier hair and etc..

but i need specific products that really helped some of the members in here, i just dont want to buy something of off their description of the product
