Anyone used Alpecin before?

Any good results from using it?

Not too sure on the whole efficacy of caffeine on hair growth

I haven´t used it myself, but others did and said it was nothing more than a waste of money.

No shampoo (including Nizoral) will make a significant difference to whether you keep your hair or not IMO.

Alpecin Double Effect might just thicken up the hair you still have though; it contains Piroctone Olamine
