Alpecin and caffeine

Hey, to all of thos that have manged to get hold of the Alpecin range of shamppos etc. Please let us know how it is going?

I have heard mixed reviews throughout all the boards and would like to know if this is anygood at stopping further hairloss? If not, is it any good just to add to a regimen considering it is rather cheap?

Hey tell me the links to those posts on Alpecin, I wanna read them.

I have been using it regularly now for about two months.

I am not absolutely sure it did anything for my hair. I wash my hair with it and then about a quarter of an hour later, I apply minoxidil. So, I can't attribute the improvement of my hairline to either of them specifically.

It is a bit tricky to wait the required two minutes. I probably sometimes cut half a minute off, or add a bit, dunno.

As a shampoo: it kind of glides off your scalp quickly, but it foams up nicely. I think it is a good shampoo just by itself.
