Your regime is very good. As far as topicals, i think you should definately add retin-a. You can either get a cream to apply 3-4 times a week or add some to your minoxidil. If you find a good pharmacy perhaps they can do it for you (i have asked the owner of a trusted pharmacy to do so for me) Studies have shown that not only it helps a lot with minoxidil's absorption, but is also very beneficial for hair regrowth by itself. I have gained very good results by it.

I would also suggest you get on finasteride as well. It will help you maintain much more hair than with a topical regime only. Do not be afraid of the side effects. They are very rare and even if you are unlucky enough to get them you just stop the medicine and they go away. Simple deal.

Revivogen is a good addition if you can afford it, but if money is an issue dont worry crossing it out of the list. minoxidil, finasteride, and nizoral will be your main weapons until hair multiplication is out.

hello sphlanx and thanks for repply.First what is retin-a (i didnt find something ) and from where i can buy it.Because i am already "body hairy" is it possible to replace minoxidil (rogain) with something else?
i thing the most importance is the DHT Inhibitor so ....what do you think about
Crinagen CrinaPak
Crinagen Scalp Therapy

and specialist the Proxiphen (it seems very good) ??

...i dont feel comfort to use an oral threatment like propecia with the strain of side effects (specialist for the long standings)

I respect your decision not to use a treatment which might cause side effects, but why not give it a chance at least? If you get sides you stop it and all you lost is some money. Think about it though you topicals only regimen doesn´t look bad.

seriously, bubka. totally agree. let me quote a post i made awhile ago about this very subject:

If someone hasn't given finasteride or dutasteride a try and they have the money to, they won't get much sympathy from me if they whine about their hair loss. Obviously if they get awful sides from it then they should stop, because hair isn't worth those, at least to me, but some people on here won't even give it a try and then they whine about losing hair while they're only on minoxidil and nizoral. Fincar is $80 a year from reputable online pharmacies. I feel like most people on here can afford $80 a year. That's how much minoxidil costs per year , at least, and finasteride is much more valuable than minoxidil in terms of long-term results.

Well, what else you want to know? it is good though it would be stronger with finasteride of course. Maybe add some natural supplements. Biotin is said to be very good for hair. Silica is also worth a try. Good Luck, mate!

I've took Propecia and Fistercide for over 8 years. No problems here. There is a local hair restoration clinic here. They sale Proscar and Fistercide. I'm not sure if they are the same thing, just different clinical names or not. Anyone else heard of Proscar?

...i want to suggest me a DHT Inhibitor except spironolactone

Well, other than spironolactone there's Azelaic Acid, which is supposed to be a good DHT inhibitor as well. And it's an ingredient in Dr. Lee's XANDROX product which is a combo of 5% minoxidil and Azelaic Acid. But you need to pay a $20 consultation fee to order his products.

I personally like your regime. And I'm favoring a topical-only regime as well. However, if the regime does not work for you (where you don't see much progress or any progress) then you will have to seriously consider trying Propecia or finasteride. There is also a Topical Finsteride that may interest you. It's supposedly not as effective as the oral version, but effective nonetheless.
