All over my head??

Sometimes I find a hair or two still with root on my sides,just near the ears,i picked another mirror and examined the place, I rubbed my fingers through my hair,it was thinner,the was less hair and like 10 hairs fell out, I could see their roots coming off my scalp!!...I dont know if I'm losing hair all over,I dont know if you guys usually find leg hair on your bed...I do, but not something alarming I always thought, I have quiet a lot of hair on my legs.I had a time my pubes fell a lot, I could pull them a little, they would come right off.(I dont think Im losing on my chest or arms)
Do these things also happen to you? Is it normal to lose hair on the sides? I dunno wots going on...

Losing leg and pube hair is completely normal... they have their growth cycles just like the head hair I'd presume.

Could be Alopecia Areata.
