alcohol in topicals - dangerous?

Is anyone who uses topicals worried that a lot of them contain alcohol (because it is supposed to be a good vehicle for getting ingredients to where it's supposed to be)?

I'm worried it may be absorbed into the bloodstream

I feel drunk after one beer. I have never felt drunk after minoxidil application.

Even then, in the case of minoxidil, the amount of alcohol you would systemically absorb would be less of an issue than the amount of minoxidil.
