After How Many Does Shedding Starts Taking Finasteride

So I've started finasteride 1mg daily because I'm suffering from male pattern baldness, as
my uncles are completely bald and my dad is nw3.5(age 56)
I never smoke but i drink occasionally

My age is 19
I've started finasteride since 4 days but my hair are not shedding as there is a rule that hair initially sheds for 2-3 months when we start finasteride
But I'm not able to see any shedding in these 4days

Also no side effects are seen in these 4days
So i want to know when does side effects come into existence?
Also i want to know that when does shedding starts or shedding is not necessary ?
Please guys help

You shouldn't get any shedding from it but you will if you use Minoxidil. You are too young to go on Finasteride! I wouldn't risk it at your age it may mess with your private parts and no lad your age wants that!
