Advice wanted

Hey guys,
I have been on finasteride for 1 year and 5 months and I must say I was hopeing for better results. I am a diffuse thinner and since starting finasteride my hair has continued to thin pretty bad. The hairs I shed now are much thinner and finer then they where before and I am starting to get little thin patched all over my head where my hair parts showing the scalp. I am 28 now and wondering if I should add anything else to my current regimen to help thicken up my hairs

Any advice would be grate

As you have been on it for some time now i think we can assume you are a poor responder to finasteride. Why not try switching to dutasteride or adding a topical like Tricomin, minoxidil or spironolactone.
