Hello,

Have been using Revivogen for nearly 2 years now, and whilst I think it slowed down my hairloss, I really need to try and get some regrowth. I am receding at the temples and my hair has now become flimsy and unstylable on the top. My crown is also becoming more and more exposed.I'm looking for advice on what to do now - and can I just emphasise that Propecia is not an option so do not even go there. Questions i'd like ansering are:

Minoxidil seems to be the best option for regrowth (although people always seem to respond to success stories saying that this is just gonna be temporary and to get on Propecia). Can someone give me encouragement about long term benefits of using this?

I think I would need something to help DHT inhibition - is there a natural form of getting this (not rev please)?

If I get down to a Herbal Shop - what vitamins are gonna help? For every one that is recommended on here there is another to shoot it down.

I would appreciate any helpful reponses...Cheers.

well, yes, you definitely need some kind of dht blocker. Minoxidil will give you regrowth but, as you mentioned, you're really not maximising the results and it won't last as long without blocking dht.

If you're dead set on avoiding propecia - fine. I think you ought to reconsider, but it's of course up to you.

Forget "natural" dht blockers, they're useless. You should try a topical such as spironolactone cream/shampoo or fluridil (Eucapil). There may be others. There's also Nizoral shampoo which is cheap and easy and Revita. Both are mild DHT blockers.

Don't waste your money on hair vitamins or any of that rubbish. Eat healthily, take a multi-vitamin and let your body do the rest.
