My fellow male pattern baldness Sufferers...

I come to you, particularly those of you with years of experience, for advice.

If you've read any of my threads over the past few years, you'll know that I'm a crown only thinner and I've basically maintained on finasteride and minoxidil (night only) for about 3 years and 3 months (see my Regimen for full details). However, in the last couple of months I think things have become a little more grim. Either that or I've been scrutinising my hair a lot more lately because I've been getting it cut shorter. Regardless, I'm noticing my crown scalp more and fear it's becoming noticeable to those around me for the first time.

The way I see it, I have a few options (in addition to making my minoxidil twice daily from now on, which I WILL do):

add a topical product like Revivogen into the fray to try and arrest more scalp DHT - nightly use only;

increase my Cu peptide usage to twice daily;

purchase a Lasercomb - nice option because it's only required 3 nights a week;

add a topical like Zix or Super Zix into my regimen - nightly use only - although utterly unproven;

use concealing products - daily - although they don't get to the root of the problem;

ride this out, hope that things get better, but otherwise stick to my current regimen and save up for a crown hair transplant in the future...

What are your recommendations guys? Moderators and those with lots of experience, I'd appreciate your input...

Cheers

Def

Hey Def
I would suggest looking into either revivogen, spironolactone, just to help get rid of the extra dht which might be around. I just started spironolactone 2% to help give me that boost i need. I wouldnt recommend the laser comb, i personally dont think it will regrow any hair. Just my 2 cents worth, goodluck man
