Guys, I haven't been keeping up on the hairloss scene over the past 12 months so I am unaware of any general advancements, or what the general consensus on certain products is. Anyway I am 22, thinning since I was 18 and my current regimen is
1mg of finpecia daily - nearly on it 30months now
generic 5% kirkland minoxidil twice daily - 36 months
5% spironolactone cream - on temples - 6months
2% spironolactone spray - I used this all over for 2 months (I stopped 4 months ago) but I stopped because of how brown people told me my scalp was, even after washing my hair.
Nizoral - 2 times a week
I really can't say if my regimen has been any use to me over the years, I don't think I experienced any regrowth, perhaps it just stabilized my hair for a certain time. But over the past 16months my hair has become a lot thinner, and the scalp more visible so I decided to buzz it completely despite it not being a great look for me.
What changes do you experts reckon I should make to my regimen? I seen rogain foam for sale on a hairloss site, what is this and is it worth using instead of generic minoxidil?
I am working full time now so I can afford to spend a little bit more on my regimen that I could previously if that is of any help to me?
I don't want to take avodart as I feel I am taking a risk already with finpecia (generic propecia) at my age.
Thanks guys, I really appreciate any help
