Advice on the least irritating liquid minoxidil formulas to try?

Anyone have opinions on best options for least irritating minoxidil formulas?
Any good/bad experiences with "MinoxidilMax's DualGen-5 Fast Dry No PG" or "Lipogaine For Men Sensitive Scalp"? Are there other No-PG options?

I also hear some folks are heating Foam Minoxidil (in a warm water bath) to make it liquid and then applying with dropper. Anyone try this and what's your experience been with this technique?

I warm the foam can under hot running water, then it sort of comes out as a liquid almost.

Then I just apply it directly on my head and pat it down with my fingers.
