Advice On Micro-needling With Long Hair For A Diffuse Thinner

Based on the mostly positive results I was hoping to try this once a week. Any advice on device and technique to not damage long hair would be appreciated.

Nothing has slowed my loss and I am getting sides on Finasteride. Need to work the non-AA options as much as possible.

3 - Long hair with diffuse just looks like thinning hair. Cut it short. Skin fade on the sides will make the hair ontop look a lot thicker

Get a dr pen with 12-needle cartridges and set the pen to 2.5mm which will not fully go deep into the scalp but just to give it room due to the existing hair you have.

Probably best not to go past 1.5mm ... be careful. I have a Derminator 2 and I've been hesitant to start it yet. I used a traditional dermaroller that was only 0.5mm a couple times 2 years ago and it made me shed like crazy and I lost a ton of hair. You gotta be real delicate.
