Hi everyone just wanted some advice on what you think I have a large forehead and weak jaw it just looks like a weird shape, over the years I have hidden it with a fringe but now I'm going bald I probably would of shaved it off years ago because how I feel how bad I'll look sly thanks

First you should believe, it can be cured, then run.

I'll be brutally honest, because that's the only thing that's worth anything - you're not hiding anything my friend. you're almost completely bald.. at least in the front (can't see the back). it's time to at least cut everything really short. trust me, it will look A LOT better.

if you're not going to try treatments, it's over. buzz it all down to a two or three and you will look and feel much better. Also, not to be a dick but you, like me, need to lose some weight. you will notice a lot more definition to your face. :) hope this is helpful.

If I were in your shoes , there would be 2 ways this could go
The first way would be to get multiple hair transplants
The second way would be to shave it all off and get on a cycle and get jacked, get that jawline on point by losing weight .
But that's just me

Man as others are saying your weight is wrecking your aesthetics probably at least as much as your hairloss. First step towards a better jaw is going to be getting yourself down to a much lower body fat %, then you can consider an implant if you're still unhappy with how it looks

As far as hair, your options are transplants, finasteride and minoxidil

As others have said, you're not covering anything at this point. I don't often say this but just shave it because it's the only option you've got right now.

Once you shave your head you'll find it'll look better than hairstyle you've got now, you may decide you like and and keep it shaved. BUT, if you decide you want to have hair again, then there's plenty of options:

1. Hair transplant - A very pricey solution, but by far the best solution, depending on how much your hair means to you, it may be worth getting a second job if you don't yet have the funds, there's always a way.

2. Hair system/hair piece - self explanatory.

3. Scalp micropigmentation - while it's not hair, it can give the illusion of a buzzcut, which may be what you want.

4. Treatment - Finasteride/Dutasteride/Minoxidil - This likely won't work alone but in combination with a transplant(s) they could work wonders.

My advice would be to shave it like I said, then if you decide you want hair again go down the route of one of the 4 options above. If you're not happy with scalp micropigmentation or wearing a hair piece, then a hair transplant would be the best option, a hair transplant in combination with Finasteride/Dutasteride/Minoxidil could be a very effective way of getting your hair back since it looks like you have plenty of donor follicles.

f*** man your brave posting yourself like this for everyone to see

I agree with everyone else.

Cut it short/shave it all off, get in shape, get a bit of colour and look into chin implant if you need one

I see where occulus is coming. Maybe better to spend money on a chin then hair.

But you kind of remind me off the actor Ethan Suplee.

Don't think he has had a hair transplant but maybe you could have a small session in the middle. And keep it short like him

His transformation has been amazing. His hair isn't perfect but the guy looks great now. It can only get better for you mate.

Well he did look great. He seems to have put a bit of weight back on and shaved his head. Now he doesn't look that great. But before this he looked great.

Your head shape really isn't that bad. At least you got a round skull. My skull is kind of cone-shaped and pointy. Not quite as far in the norwood scales though.

He's lost to much to replace it with hair transplants - he'd never get the result he wants, and he'd waste tens of thousands doing it.

You're right about the jawline - lose weight. If after having lost the weight it's still week, get a chin implant - they aren't expensive, and it's a minimally invasive procedure that can totally transform one's appearance.

Completely untrue, there's many guys that were slick bald prior to transplants and ended up having a semi decent head of hair. It may take more than one but he could certainly get some hair back, especially seeing as his donor area looks thick.

Hmm not really, he can still get like 3 transplants to get a decent head of hair, not to mention he could use hairs from under his beard or his chest

As it is, it won't look good shaved but it will look better than it does now. With weight loss, a more muscular physique and colour, it could look decent, but overweight, pale and shaved head won't look good.
A hair transplant remains an option, you won't get a NW1 hairline but it's entirely possible you can get something decent. Then there's the low density hair transplant plus buzzcut with scalp micro pigmentation added for illusion of density. That could significantly improve your look.
You have options. Right now you have to shave it and start taking better care of your body, get on finasteride and minoxidil and then explore your options.
