Advice Needed - Diffuse Thinning - M29

Hello,

I need some advice please - how bad is my current situation and what should I do?
Diffuse thinning on top of my head, hairline seems untouched (widows peak since around 15years) but I really lost alot density.
Had my hair long the last two years, even then I noticed alot of density loss.
Then I buzzcutted it to 20mm and had many bald spots on the top.

So I just buzzcutted it to 5mm to look more even.
Had to use the flash, so it looks even worse.

All this super fine hairs are basically miniaturized - right?

I'm 29years old. My dermatologist told me I should start finasterid right away.

What are your thoughts?

You need to hop on Finasteride and Minoxidil ASAP.

I'm a diffuse thinner as well and these 2 meds have helped me.
