Additions to regimen

Hello. I haven't been posting for a while now. I had great results for up to two years with 1ml minoxidil (5%) twice daily and .5 mg finastride every day.

I am only 22 years old (turning 23 in November). Unfortunately, I have started thinning again and male pattern baldness is catching up. Two weeks ago, I increased the Finastride dose to 1mg daily. But this dosage is to strong for me: I started to notice anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and puffy nipples.

So I am thinking of adding some more things to my regimen. Has anyone had success with adding topical Spironolactone and copper peptides? I am greatful for the gains I've got from finasteride and minoxidil, but male pattern baldness is catching up again and I need something extra.

I will post pictures shortly.

spironolactone would be a nice simple addition. No sides (In my, or many others experience), fairly reasonably priced. It's probably not the most effective thing in the world but would be good alongside other treatments.

I too am looking for something as I only take 0.3mg of finasteride and 5% spironolactone.

1mg is not too strong for you. Try 6 months with the correct dosage instead of pissing around with half doses that you incorrectly assume is twice as safe and experimental treatments.
