Adding to the Big 3 after a year

I've been on the Big 3 for almost a year now and have had very good results. However, the results are not 100% and whilst I don't expect 100% regrowth, I want to try my hardest to get as close as possible to it. Therefore, would adding something like Tricomin be worthwhile? as this forum's parent site recommends it for use along side the Big 3.

If not, what would you say is the best treatment to add to my regimen?

Thanks for the input

something involving copper peptides couldn't hurt....

Or maybe dip into the experimental side of things - read up on michael barry's posts about home made peppermint oil spray, or other similar things. Maybe resveratrol and/or curcumin. I seem to remember reading topical curcumin can reduce type 1, so would theoretically work quite well with propecia which selectively inhibits type 2... assuming i did actually see that sommewhere and haven't just made it up in my head lol. lots of options really!

I'd just make sure i only tried one thing at a tome so you can really see how well it adds to your current regimen

philly, I certainly don't plan to stop using the big3, I realise they have worked very well. It's more that I'm wondering whether it's worth adding to them. Any additional meds cannot possibly detract from the effects of the big3, surely?

Either way my hair is quite long now (by my standards) and looks much better than it has in 2 years, to the point I get compliments quite alot (and not just from my mum)
