Adding New Additions To Treatment Regime+shedding

Shedding seems to be an expected part of the process towards hair regrowth.
I am currently on Monoxidil (very little success, possibly just maintained) and Propecia (with some reasonable success).
If I do decide to add RU/Saw palmetto/dermarolling to the regime, is it likely that I can expect any further shedding?
