Adding cosmetic to topical spironolactone, foam and dutasteride

So i'm using foam and topical spironolactone but want to start using a small amount of dermatch as my hairline looks ok as long as its not under bright light or I do lift my chin up high and look at it(which for some reason I cant stop doing).

HOw do i use all 3, in what order and whats the best way to do it for loss on the hairline esp. in centre. I just want it to look ok while my treatments going so i dont get too hung up on early sheds etc.
