Acne through minoxidil…

I have started to apply Regaine once a day at night and every morning without fail I have a little bit more acne throughout my face.

Before adding Regaine to my regime I had little to no acne so I know it is related. I had the same problem when I used to apply Xandrox, is it a reaction from the minoxidil, if so is there anything I can do to reduce this acne.
