I found this
http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/35502.php
It basically says dht causes acne too. How does dht cause both acne and hairloss? Does seb derm have to do with acne? So we know dht is the sole cause of acne or do other hormones cause that as well? Does 5 ar type 1 and type 2 enzymes both play a role or how important is each?

"As the levels of DHT increase, the oil glands become overly stimulated and result in overproduction of oil. This excessive oil accumulates in the pores and clogs the pores, resulting in acne."

Yeah, I think that sebum play an important role in common baldness, more in the first events.
There is a lot of investigations to do, even the rheological properties of sebum. Sebum change physicall, chemical and biochemical passing the time, it is easily oxicided.

And I am wondering why people accept clogging pores and don't accept clogging hair follicles?

The creator of revivogen says dht is responsible for acne and hairloss. How then do some people have hairloss but not acne or vice versa?
Doesnt it seem like dht is a pretty simplified explanation of whats going on? I mean with the tgf beta, and smad 7 and that whole cascade of effects theres way more going on then just dht which is why propecia seems like such a dumb method of attack but I guess its the only thing as of today that works.
