I seem to have acne near my hairline where hair is miniaturizing but no where else. Where its oily, itchy, and my hair is falling out I notice I have acne there. Why does this happen or what is the scientific cause of this?

if i had to guess i would say your dht numbers are above normal from having higher test if your younger and its creating oily skin and excess sebum. throw sum nizoral on their for a week left on for 10 minutes see if it clears up my hunch says it will.

Why would I not be serious with this question? Should I try propecia isnt a serious question? Are you some kind of idiot? propecia and nizoral are both part of the big 3 so how can your mind not wrap around the idea they are very much related? Both deal with androgens.
Let me spell out another link. High dht was mentioned in the above users post. DHT- androgens. DHT-androgens. I dont think your mind works

On something thats as ill defined as hair loss? yes. Taking a prescription drug for the rest of my life is a very hard decision its even harder when no one can say if you are evening going bald or not. In fact there seems to be little real concrete info on male pattern baldness other then its androgens and genes that can come from anywhere in your entire family tree. Not exactly the most concrete scientific evidence ive ever seen on a disease.
