Acne And Hairloss Relation...finasteride And High T

I would like to know information on acne and early hairloss relation. If i am 24 and have had acne since 17 what relation does it have to do with my hairloss. I have went from a nw2 to a nw3 since than and have been stable for 3 years id say... never really shed just had a hair line recession and thining on the hairline and slight thining on the crown. My main question though besides my description is what relation does it have with one another and is finasteride good for high T acne and early frontal hairloss

I have been on finasteride for about 5-6 months and I have my blood work done and it doesn't seem that finasteride makes T high in blood serum but my DHT is 3.8 ng/dl where the normal range is between 16 and 110
But for acne I think u should take spironolactone to lower ur T or try isotretinoin it's less risky but it causes hairloss
