Accutane and Baldness

Does anyone know if Accutane can make your male pattern baldness start prematurely? I am 21 and was on accutane for about four months when I was 16, now I am a Norwood 2.5 and diffusely thinned. I have read online that accutane can cause permanent baldness, but this seems to me that accutane users are just blaming accutane for their hairloss. I believe it can cause temporary hairloss though. Does anyone have any information regarding the relationship between accutane and permanet hairloss? Thanks.

I took accutane for 3 months almost 2 years ago. I have been losing eyebrows and head hair every since. It is not stopping, getting worse. I now have dermatits and extremly oily skin. I never had it before accutane. I dont get very many zits anymore oh boy I gave up acne for baldness, great. I have been to every f*****g derm, endo, ect and they dont know sh*t. I am going to pittsburgh, pa to a specialist. I heard it causes alopecia aerata. I have the diffuse form. It has been a slow painful process. especially the eyebrows its killing me from the inside
