I was thinking how does hairloss actually work? There are many cases. Some people get it right when their hormones kick in - they go completely bald in late teens or early twenties. Some people recede just a bit and stay this way for rest of their lifes or go significantly balder at much older age. There are also people who have perfect hair and suddenly get random diffuse thinning over whole head. This is weird.
Logic sense would suggest that hairloss should accelerate when your body starts producing DHT, and that should happen when you start puberty, so after that people should start losing their hair throught time, yet some people start losing at 30, 40 or even 50.
My hairline receded at 17~. Im 21 now and cant see any change. My father had similar recession, his serious balding started above 40. Just wondering which route I will go.
