Hey there!

I'm new to the forum, been reading for a while... naturally, some doubts grew up on me.

I'm twenty-six. I first noticed hair loss about a year ago... I didn't make much of a problem at first (I was told to start worrying when hair started to get thinner and thinner...)
Thing is, my frontline hair today is WAY TOO THIN. I mean, I always had thick hair (wavy, hard to comb) and now all I get on my temple is this pseudo hair that easily breaks with minimum handling (photos are attached for best reference)

This 'frontline receding and hair thinning' thing has hit the gas for good, so now it's time to take action I reckon. I don't seem to have a problem on the crown zone, at least not for now.
I've been to a couple of derms, and while one suggested Minoxidil 5%, others told me to get on Finasteride (and there's other who mentioned dutasteride which apparently is the trending pill amongst derms and congresses ...) but I want to hit the spot with the right treatment.

Question is, for this particular case (hair loss on temple ONLY) which in your opinion is the BEST (meaning most effective) treatment?

Yes, I AM aware that my 'hair loss' could seem like a joke compared to much cases on the forum and I'm not trying to make a big drama out of it... I'm just asking for good and trustable advice and I think I'm in the right place ;)

Thank you in advance.
