About to Start a New Regimen

I'm about to start a new regimen...minoxidil, nizoral, omega 3, biotin, l-lysine and maybe green tea extract. I ordered generic propecia online about three weeks ago from http://www.generics-online-pharmacy.com/ and it has yet to come in the mail. I'm starting to get a bit worried that it won't come, but I'm going to start the rest of my regimen in the meantime.

Any suggestions or anything?

First off, how old are you and what is your balding/thinning pattern. Second, if you get minoxidil, make sure it is the 5%.

Take your time applying the minoxidil... small droplets! Else your hair will get unneccessarily greasy and take forever to dry.

I'm 20. I have some crown thinning a bit of temple recession. I have used and discontinued minoxidil in the past and I know that I'm a quick responder; I am one of those who will see results in two months.

I'm more interested in how the rest of my regimen is, like using biotin and l-lysine and whatnot. I've read that l-lysine will somehow make minoxidil more effective, and so Im hoping it will work quicker and regrow even more hair.

Warren.

Focus on the main treatments, propecia & minoxidil, with nizoral. Lysine can help with nitric oxide production which may improve results with minoxidil, although i seems to remember l-arginine was better at this than l-lysine...

Omega-3's are good for health, but aren't likely to do dillely squat for your hair. Green tea perhaps might help reduce 5-ar conversion, but if your using finasteride it's possibly unneccessary. As for Biotin, anthing more then 0.5mg/d is probably useless, throwing 2.5mg down ones neck is just jumping on a little bandwagon after one small study suggested it was useful. After all, it's just a B vitamin and we all know vitamins don't cure hairloss, don't we? 8)

I ordered from waytoolongname.whatever and it took 2 months for the sh*t to get to me cuz of a clerical error. Send them an email making sure that their pay system sent the order information to them. If everything worked out ok then it will be there within a week or two.
