This is the easiest way to do it if you're not yet a Dr. Lee patient:

Go to his website ( https://www.xandrox.com/ ), and to order on-line, select your country from the drop down list and click "Submit"

Order whatever you want.

You'll then receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

1 or 2 days later you'll get an e-mail informing you that you're not one of Dr. Lee's patients, and that your order has been cancelled. You'll also receive instructions at that time on how to become a patient.

(You complete an on-line (e-mail) survey / questionnaire, and pay a one-time $20.00 consulting fee.)

1 or 2 days later, you receive confirmation that you're now an official Dr. Lee patient - and then you can go ahead and place orders through his website.
