About shipping costs

Since i am not an experienced internet buyer, but i really want to get some things that i cant find in my local stores i have this question concerning big differences in shipping costs.
Orders for dr.lee website or united pharmacy get a 4.5$ and a 7.5$ international shipping cost, while sites like HairLossTalk.com or folligen.com have shipping costs around 20$...any idea why is this happening?
