? About male pattern baldness

hey guys i just shaved my head and have been going back and forth about wether i should start treatment or not due to the hair expert telling me i have Telogen Effluvium and dont need treatment. Anyway i took a pic and it looks like i do have genralized thinning all over but mostly the top, and its like i have the most hair outlining my head if that makes sense?? like my hair line actualy out lines my head..... anyone else seen this or know what what im saying ...if so is this normal for MBP

Go on treatmant... no male pattern baldness is the same or follows a specific pattern. I hate minoxidil, so i'd avoid that, but zinc, multivitamins, and the good old Proscar / Propecia will at least get you started. Mate... probably male pattern baldness. Do go into denial... go into treatment.
