about hair transplant

so here is my story i took finasteride for 14 months to save my hair but it gave me horrible side effects and now i am now on trt 100 mg test e a week i am recovering on it but i am losing hair very fast(i am currently Norwood 2 right now) so in the near future i am gonna go with hair transplants when i have money.So i want to ask that will the transplanted hair stay on my head despite of trt ??i've heard from some people that those hair are taken from permanent zone they are dht resistant hair,is it really true?? and are their any options to save my existing hair without finasteride ??plz reply brahs, thanks in advance
