1. Does working out cause my second time shredding? (feels like my hair fall out especially the leg day

Did you think it was coincidental that people skipped leg days?

OP you posted on the Chinese hair loss forum on this as well right?
Your initial gain likely came from minoxidil. It wasnt finasteride losing effectiveness or what its just it never was so effective to begin with. You made a mustake by jumping onto dutasteride IMO.
Take my advice: don't naively resort to stronger anti androgen expecting better regrowth. It really doesnt work that way.
There are idiots in the Chinese hair loss communities mindlessly advocating increased dose of finasteride/dutasteride. They will only fxxk you up in the long run.
And yes, weight training can accelerate your hair loss. Usually if you are on finasteride the effect is marginal but a damage is a damage.

I am educated, it makes sense now along with the redness, itchiness, acne and flakes,
But do you think is there is any thing to do with my acne on my face and some on my back? or this is caused by increased testosterone done by taking dutasteride?

am bit lost, so what's your suggestion now? Back to finasteride, what about dosage? But since my new hair came from minoxidil according your judgment, what's the tactic to do so?

Forget about the "testosterone doing damage" theory.

Dutasteride cut your dht by 90%. Your body is not going to just sit there and watch yourself mess it up with a nuke of super potent 5AR inhibitor.

The way your body compensate for the hormonal shift is up-regulating your androgen receptors, making your whole body more sensitive to androgen, i.e. the 10% left dht might do just as much if not more damage than the previous 100%.

In some cases, the up-regulation overshoots the anti androgenic effect of the drug, making your skin and hair even worse, i.e. reflex hyperandrogenicity. Thus you see the acne, flakes, and sebaceous dermatitis, which are common signs of it. Make some research into these. You'll see plenty of horror stories.

If you're still on dutasteride now, you might wanna decrease the dosage gradually within one to several month's span. Gradually dosing down is the only way you can avoid being completely fxxked up hormonally or even develop pfs.

Thx for providing provocative and informative insights, I assume deduct of dosage is have-to, saw your regimen is only minoxidil? Making any progress?

Exactly the opposite I'm losing my hair at light speed. I quit finasteride after 8 years of prolonged usage due to sides and I got reflex-hyper from it which has thrown me into absolute despair...

Feel for you bro, 8 years is quite much, u must have tried it all. Seemed now u r just let it flow,
Then Have u ever considered any alternatives less aggressive? like Chinese medicine? Derma roller?
