so yeah. i've been on this stuff for about a month and a half, and i'm beginning to see a little sprout of hair grow back on my left receded hairline. i sure hope this means good news =). i'm using nizoral and vive thickening shampoo starting today to control the itch. thanks guys for all of your help. i truly hope this is a good sign. i just turned 22 this past may and i just started diffuse thinning this year and receding a little bit, which freaked me out. so who knows. maybe this stuff will work after all. =)

IMO it's impossible for finasteride to cause regrowth that early. The earliest you can see re-growth due to finasteride is 4months, more likely than not is that the hair growing was about to grow there anyway.
