I found the following story in the forum over at hairloss-reversible.com. I have just copied and pasted it into this message - any comments?

Dear friends,
I used to post in this forum but don't see the need to do so anymore, since I don't worry about hairloss anymore. However, I would like to share my success story with you - maybe it can give some of you out there a little faith.
I have been suffering from hairloss for a couple of years, which is very annoying, considering that I am only 23 years old. Since I have never been a big fan of taking drugs neither internally or topically, I have done a lot of research in alternative methods during this time. Almost a year ago I decided to make up a specific routine, and stick to it over a prolonged period of time - I think curing hairloss might take a lot of time, so you have to be patient. These were the steps I included in my routine:
- topical application of pure, organic Aloe Vera juice, every night (sometimes mixed up with some tea tree oil, to keep small infections away)
- occassional application of rasul clay, to prevent oily scalp (can be found in most, or at least some, alternative health care stores)
- no chemical shampoos whatsoever
- daily excercise, about one hour (mostly jogging, squash and long walks)
- 'fingernail buffing excercise' about 10 minutes a day (as described in a famous book on hand reflexology, which I am not going to name here - then you will just think I am affiliated with the book in some way, which I am definitely not... you shuld be able to find a description of the excercise on google, it is very simple...)
- low carb diet, with lots of vegetables and proteins
- at least 8 hours of sleep every night
- no drugs of any kind
I think this is a complete list of all the components of my routine. I have been sticking to this routine for about 8 months now, and I must say the results have been amazing. I was suffering from hairloss all over, and decided to cut my hair really short to cover the problem (hair trimmer length number one, which is about 3 mm). Now I can cut my hair at length 3, which is about 10 mm, and it looks totally fine! Also, my scalp feels incredibly nice - no itching, no dandruff, no nothing!
I am sharing this story with you, because it is my honest belief that alternative methods like the ones I have described above really works - I am a living proof of this! You might wonder why I didn't include Tom's scalp excercise in the list? Actually I bought his instruction video about a year ago, and I found the excercises very intersting, and I am sure they might help many people with their problems - however, they didn't suit me, so I decided to look into other solutions.
Remember - the things I have listed above do not work miracles overnight! You have to stick to your routin, whatever it is, over a long period of time, if you want to see results. I am not saying that my list is perfect; on the contrary, I think what is most important is that you feel good about whatever you choose to do about your hairloss.
Let me stress one last point, which I think is more important than anything else - if you are worrying about your hairloss, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Take action! Action has a way of eliminating fear and distress, and I think that this very fact alone can do wonders to your hair. Decide to give your routine a couple of months, and promise yourself that you are not going to worry about your hairloss during this period - I bet you will be able to see encouraging results after this time period!
This is really all I have to say about hairloss. Since it is not something I worry about anymore, I will not continue posting on this forum, although I like it a lot. I hope my story will help at least some of you out there - believe me, I know worrying about hairloss can be hell. And I know how great it feels to finally stop worrying.
Sincerely
AO, Sweden
